The 18th-century half-timbered building is a narrow, partially basemented, four-storey detached house with approx. 130 m² of living space, consisting of a front and rear building, which are connected to each other.
The "ownerless" property stood empty for many years. The family had renounced their inheritance and brought the residential building to our attention. In May 2016, we succeeded in acquiring the building from the OFD.
